I Moved into a “Fully Renovated” unit excluding the tile floor and to say the lease besides the splash of paint on the walls and the supposedly new carpets this unit is far from “renovated” my bathroom door has fallen off and is still not replaced window fell out last night so to say the least this place is falling apart faster than I can just tell the management issues and to get anything fixed is a nightmare in the fact that getting an answer from the resident manager is a joke they invade your privacy and enter your unit without your permission were 24 hour notice which is it goes against The RTDRS in Alberta. Honestly I’d live at boardwalk one of the worst companies in Canada for renting over this place with the way the run this property. What they call it rent ready unit it is just masked issues to be later fix. Moved Into an absolute dirty unit popcorn ceiling has enough dust not to mention the floors need to be marked upon move-in and cabinets wiped out ……. my advice is fine somewhere else because you know I am after 3 months living here U can’t wait to leave at the end of my lease!
