This property is managed by Mainstreet Equity and is located in the Connaught area of the Beltline. The one bedroom suites are between 560 – 600 sq ft, the two bedroom suites are 700 – 800 sq ft and the three bedroom units are 1000 sq ft. They are offered as renovated, the suite we viewed was a one bedroom which had a renovated bathroom with new fixtures and tiling. The kitchen had older style white wooden cabinets which were not new, but clean and tidy. The white appliances of a stove and fridge/freezer appeared newer. The kitchen and bathroom also had laminate countertops. The suite was a reasonable size for a one bedroom unit. No interior photos as the unit was occupied.
The building has shared laundry, but no other amenities. Parking is either underground or covered.

COCKROACHES. In December they sprayed for roaches but apparently it didn’t work because perfectly clean units still have roaches. They obviously didn’t do a good enough job. The laundry room is swimming with roaches. The pest control staff don’t know what chemicals are being used and place powder traps without knowledge of what is being placed.
I’ve had noisy neighbors for the past 9 months. They blast bass music, party, and have violent fights. They yell and whistle at women on the street off their balcony and smoke cigarettes and marijuana in their unit. I complained day 1 and every night after that. I called the police over 20 times. Nothing was solved despite promises of “Be patient I’m taking care of it.” I went to the head office and compained, and only then did anything get done. The manager was very adamant that I don’t go to the main office. It’s been 10 months and nothing has changed.
It’s too bad, because this building is in a great location, and the unit itself is nice. It’s poorly managed and the manager would rather ignore complaints than do anything about them. They half-ass their pest control and everyone is suffering for it.
Please don’t stay at this apartment.
