The one bedroom suites are between 560 – 600 sq ft, the two bedroom suites are 700 – 800 sq ft and the three bedroom units are 1000 sq ft. They are offered as renovated, the suite we viewed was a one bedroom which had a renovated bathroom with new fixtures and tiling. The kitchen had older style white wooden cabinets which were not new, but clean and tidy. The white appliances of a stove and fridge/freezer appeared newer. The kitchen and bathroom also had laminate countertops. The suite was a reasonable size for a one bedroom unit. No interior photos as the unit was occupied.

The building has shared laundry, but no other amenities. Parking is either underground or covered.
