Only a block from CTrain and approx 3 blocks to a huge park area with running trails, water, bridges, geese and nature. It is located so close to all of the professional building’s downtown and huge shopping malls. The downtown area is very well maintained by the city of Calgary, so even in the cold cold months the sidewalks are clear.

the worst decision of my life.
They closed the garbage chute without any consultation. Now, the stairs and elevator stink all day, in addition to inconveniencing tenants.
They’ll post notices that contradict what they post on the web portal, leaving you confused. They’ll even post notices for other CAPREIT LP buildings telling you the power will be shut off!
They also have a very aggressive strategy of price discrimination and will take advantage of you if you let them. On top of that, they’ll call you nonstop and then show up at your door if you don’t accept their renewal offer fast enough.
Don’t make the same mistake I did and ignore the red flags. Don’t give them a chance.
