This is a 5-storey building in Crescent Heights overlooking the city and Bow River. This building was built in the early 1960s but is in the process of being upgraded as apartments become available. The two-bedroom suite we viewed was a good size at 940 sq ft with a large living room and large open plan kitchen. The living room is carpeted and has full width and height windows letting in lots of light and lead out to a narrow balcony. The kitchen is renovated to a high standard with modern dark wood cabinets, a large kitchen island with breakfast bar and lots of counter space with granite countertops. The fridge/freezer, range and dishwasher are all black. The kitchen flooring is tile.
