This apartment building opened in summer 2020 and is the flagship of the Strategic Group. The building offers both one and two-bedroom units with either one or two bathrooms. The bedrooms have walk-in closets with built-in safe and the bathrooms either have a large double shower or a shower over the tub. The two-bedrooms with one bath (sometimes referred to as a 1 bed with den) have a smaller shower unit and no tub. As you would expect from a new-build it is high-end and has lots of amenities. The units have modern brown cabinetry with soft-close doors and kitchen islands with a breakfast bar. The appliances are stainless steel and come with electric range. However, if you prefer gas, then units on the 22nd floor and above have the option of a gas hob (gas is included in the building, so no additional utility bill). There are many different layouts to choose from but all have floor-to-ceiling windows, air conditioning, safe, in-suite laundry, USB ports and smart cooling and heating control.

The building has many amenities, many of which are on the third floor including a large gym, outdoor patio and BBQ area and sundeck. There is also an Expresso bar lounge, TV lounge and a large party room which can be booked by residents. On the top floor (38) there are no apartments, instead, there is a Skydeck with an extensive wrap-around patio area and eventually an outdoor cinema. There is also an indoor lounge area with a kitchen, TV and fireplace.

Other amenities include a car wash (coming soon), pet wash, electric car charge, bike storage and concierge. Parking is in the underground garage and an extra cost.
