This is a brand new building on the eastern side of the Beltline in Victoria Park. The first tenants will be residing from July 2019 onwards. There are 30 floors/225 suites in total, although the top floor is the amenities floor. All the units are high-end with either light coloured cabinets and dark flooring, or visa versa, on alternate floors.  All units have air conditioning and in-suite washer and dryers.
