This Haysboro high rise offers stunning views of the city and mountains. Managed by Morguard Ltd this towers 28 storeys with unobstructed views of the mountains, city and reservoir depending on the location of the apartment and the floor you are on. We viewed two different layouts of two-bedroom units, both offering good size accommodation.

All units have been renovated, but there are two standards. The first is the full renovation which can be seen in the show suite 360 photos. These have vinyl flooring, light wood cabinets and quartz countertops and tile backsplash to the kitchen and bathroom. The remaining renovated units have the same vinyl flooring, but the cabinets are dark wood and the countertops laminate and there are no backsplashes. Overall, both styles are nicely presented and basically, it comes down to availability and personal taste. All units have stainless steel appliances. The corner units offer wrap-around balconies with great views. All suites have in-suite full-size laundry.

The building itself has a fitness centre, social room, garden with patio area and BBQs. Storage units can also be rented and underground, heated parking is also available.
