Located in the Beltline area, just down the road from Safeway. This is an older building, but suites are renovated to include stainless appliances and laminate countertops. Cupboards, although we were assured were new, were very dated looking. Vinyl plank flooring throughout and new blinds.

The apartments are of a reasonable size and some of the two-bedroom units have 1.5 bathrooms. Shared laundry is available, but no other amenities. Upper suites have balconies, but ground floor units do not. Parking is available in an underground, covered or surface areas.
