Originally the International Hotel in downtown Calgary, this building has been completely renovated and transformed into high-end apartments. Although the individual apartments are renovated and have a modern look and feel, the original ambiance of the old hotel has been kept in many of the communal areas. The building is in the heart of the downtown core and is connected to the Plus 15.

The apartments have modern, high-end finishes including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, dual-headed shower, and in-suite washer and dryer. Each unit also has an air conditioning unit and all utilities are included in the rent. The kitchen has dark lower cabinetry and lighter upper cabinets with a large kitchen island. The living room is off the kitchen, part of the open-plan layout, and opens out onto a balcony with a large patio door. The units come in either one or two-bedroom options. The standard one-bedroom units are just over 500 sq ft and the two-bedroom units are 720 sq ft. Both styles are laid out in such a way that they do feel bigger than the size suggests, however, storage is minimal. Other options include a one-bedroom deluxe which is the same size as the two-bedroom, but the master bedroom is more like a large suite. There are also two-bedroom penthouse options on the 35th floor, which are 1100 sq ft and have two bathrooms.

The building has many amenities including a large games room and lounge bar open to all residents. There is also a large party room and cinema room which can be booked for private use by residents. The gym is extensive with lots of equipment, including spin bikes. Another amenity is the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. There is also a lower level rooftop garden with BBQ’s.
