The apartments are on the small size with small rooms but are nicely renovated. As units become vacant they are upgrading them with wooden cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances and dark flooring. Only the 2-bed apartments have a dishwasher, none have a microwave. The appliances are not high-end but they are stainless. The living room and kitchen are open-plan which makes them feel bigger than they are. Decent amount of storage space in the unit.

The building has been completely renovated by its new owners, so all gym equipment and laundry machines are new. The building has a well-equipped gym. There is also a large social room which is available to all residents and can be booked for private parties.
