Soho One is an older building located in the heart of the Beltline and is managed by Emerald Management. The suites are reasonable sizes but are not updated. The fixtures and fittings are older and tired looking. The kitchen cabinets are very old fashioned and the appliances, of which there is only a fridge/freezer and oven/stove are older and white. The countertops are laminate. Flooring is vinyl and possibly the newest addition to the apartments.

Some of the units we viewed had broken wardrobe doors and holes in the walls. When asked if these would be fixed before new tenants moved in, we were told “probably”.

There is a shared laundry in the basement, but no other amenities. The elevator was very old and in need of renovation. Parking is either surface or covered.
