This apartment building is located in the heart of fashionable Kensington. This 11-storey building has one and two-bedroom units with either vinyl plank flooring or carpet. Plain white cabinets are in both the kitchens and bathrooms. White appliances and laminate countertops are standard. The units are a good size with some having large kitchens and others smaller galley kitchens.

At the time of viewing (Oct 2018) the building was undergoing a renovation of the balconies. This meant that some windows were blocked off as were the balconies (see photos).

Other than shared laundry, there are no other amenities within the building. It is, however, located next to Safeway and the LRT station. Parking is available either underground or surface.
