I moved here from another Hollyburn property called Princes Island in downtown and it was terrible. I hoped this was going to be better and it definitely is. The managers are great and the quality of the apartments are much better. Love it here.

I have lived in several apartments in Calgary and Red Deer and this is by far the best. The unit is nice and refurbished. It does not have stainless steel appliances, just white, but they work well. The rooms are good sizes and I have lots of storage space. The rooms are also bight.
The manager is very responsive to any request. Nice place.

Just renewed my lease for a second year. The 2 bed apartment I have is quite big with lots of light. The finish in the kitchen is clean and bright and the flooring is really nice everywhere. The guy who runs the building is super helpful and very friendly.
