The building is located in downtown Calgary and is owned by Hollyburn. Some of the apartments have been renovated, but some have not. They are low-end rentals with budget pricing. The updated units have newer white cabinetry, laminate countertops and white appliances.

The laundry is shared and other than a gym on the ground floor there are no other amenities.

Whilst being shown the units, we experienced a long delay waiting for the elevator. The person showing us around joked about this saying that they were hoping they would be replaced in the next year or so, but gave no promises.
