This building is located in the heart of the Beltline and is managed by Vertica. This nine-storey building offers one and two bedroom units. The one bedroom units come with a den, which is a good addition and can be used as a study, storage, extended dining area or just about anything. It definitely adds a little extra space to the standard one-bed unit. The two-bedroom units have very large storage closets which could also be used as a study area or children’s play area if not needed for storage.

There are several layouts to choose from and are updated as they become available. The flooring is vinyl plank and tile to the kitchen and bathroom. Cupboards are white shaker style and the countertops laminate. All appliances are white and include a fridge/freezer, stove and dishwasher.

The pricing of these units appears to be a bit hit & miss. We were given pricing for three units and were told the pricing could differ depending on when we signed paperwork. An example was if we signed on Monday, the price was $1181, but if we signed on Tues, Weds or Thurs it would be $1203, and if we waited till Friday, it would be $1231. They also only offered 10 or 11-month contracts.

The building has some amenities including shared laundry, gym and bike room. Parking is either underground or outside.
