Sams said everything. DON’T MOVE IN. Whatever happens they not gonna help you at all. They make you uncomfortable that’s it. Even HQ doesn’t help

Just moved in March 2020. I’m very happy in the 45 days i’ve been here. The building is clean, and secure. Friendly tenants. I feel at home, and part of a community. My corner suite doesn’t have enough storage, hence the two stars rating.
Looking forward to the summer when I get to use the tennis court (hopefully Covid-19 will be over by then). Hopefully there are other people in the building who want to play. Only feedback I have, though, is the scented freshener that is sprayed in the lobby/floor hallway. Some of us are allergic. Fresh natural air smells better than artificial scent.

PLEASE READ TO THE END. VIP IF CONSIDERING. I lived here for 3 horrible horrible HORRIBLE years. I lived on the 27th floor, of which rents a suite to the Howard Johnson and it has scary sketchy drug addicts coming and going. Water always gets shut off without warning. I put up with it for the view and the location. The entire building went downhill- reports of bed bugs started surfacing on the lower floors. Finally decided to move out and put in my notice. I got a letter under my door that they would be showing my suite the next day between 1& 4. I cleaned the place up extra nice and went to work. When I got home, my door was unlocked AND I HAD BEEN ROBBED. the office staff said they didnt give me the letter and said they had no plans of showing my suite. Someone with A KEY CAME IN AND ROBBED ME. FFWD and I’ve moved out. Got a telus bill for my cable and internet (which was free with the apartment) and took almost two months to clear up and have the bill sent to boardwalk. After my first year, I played phone tag between classes and work trying to renew my lease. I said in a voicemail to please renew it and can we sign paperwork on a Saturday? They upped my rent 300$ without warning and I didnt get my lease renewed for THREE MONTHS because they would not answer my voicemails. Swear to God. I asked for back payment and they refused. Seriously, it’s a nice location with pretty beautiful views but living here can put you in dangerous situations. DONT DO IT. DONT DONT FONT DO IT.
