Mainstreet on Elbow was known as Scottsdale Gardens before Mainstreet took over in 2018. It is a large complex with several buildings with one and two bedroom units. The two bedroom units are bi-level and in separate buildings to the one bedrooms. We viewed a bi-level that had grey vinyl flooring, but little else updated. The kitchen has old-fashioned white units, some doors were broken, be we were assured they would be fixed. The countertops looked newer and the appliances were being changed. The suite also had a stacked washer and dryer which doesn’t normally come with these units (they have hook-ups only). The laundry units were left by the previous tenants and were being left for the future tenants, but when opened revealed several prices of clothing!

Upstairs were two bedrooms and a bathroom, all of a reasonable size. The walls of the unit were blocked concrete – see photos, which some people will not like. The unit does have a balcony opening up from the bedroom and a patio area to the lower level. Parking is outside.
