This is a 29-storey high-rise in central downtown Calgary on the corner of 4th St & 4th Ave. It is accessed via 4th Avenue and the apartments sit above retail units on the ground floor. We viewed a two-bedroom unit that had renovated vinyl flooring in the living room and bedrooms and tile to the dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen had older style cabinets with laminate countertop and white appliances consisting of range, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom has the same cabinets.

The apartment was a good size, but the actual square footage was not known by the person showing the apartment. The unit also had a balcony and several storage areas. There is a shared laundry area with many machines as well as a large indoor swimming pool. Parking is underground with both heated and unheated options. The building also has a concierge during the day and security guards overnight. The building is linked to the Plus 15 walkway.
