This apartment building offers some of the largest suites in Calgary. There 122 apartments with many floor plans and unit size to choose from. The studios range in size from 500 -900 sq ft and the one bedrooms come with a den and are just under 1,000 sq ft. The two-bedroom units range from 1,000 – 1400 sq ft and there are also some three bedroom units as well as penthouse apartments.

The one bedroom unit we visited had a large living area with the addition of a den which could be used as an office, or a bedroom, although there is no door. The unit was prompted as renovated and had carpet to the living room and bedrooms and vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has dark brown cabinets with laminate countertops and white appliances which include fridge/freezer, range and dishwasher, all of which are white. All units also have air conditioning.

The building has quite a few amenities which include an outdoor patio area with hot tub and heated swimming pool (seasonal). There is also a fitness room, party/games room, billiard room and saunas. There is also a small convenience store at ground level. Parking is available in the underground heated garage or the upper-level unheated level.
