Donna Place is located in popular Bankview and is 3 storeys high. Recently taken over by Mainstreet Equities it is currently being partly renovated. We visited two apartments, both two-bedrooms on the third (top) floor and the first floor, both of which were being renovated. The third-floor apartment had dark brown cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom which were quite old fashioned and were not being changed. Likewise, the laminate countertop was dated looking and not being changed. The appliances you can see in the photos were being replaced with newer white ones. All flooring was being replaced with vinyl and wardrobe doors were also being replaced.

The first-floor apartment was exactly the same but this had white cabinets and slightly newer appliances none of which were being replaced. The flooring was being replaced with vinyl.

The building has a small outdoor patio area and shared laundry, but no other amenities. Parking is covered.
