This is a lowrise consisting of two adjoining properties, no’s 820 and 840. The property is located just across the road from Chinook Centre shopping mall and close to transit, but it is also close to two very busy highways, so noise could be an issue.

There are either one or two bedroom options. The living rooms and bedrooms are carpeted and the kitchen and bathroom tile flooring. The apartment we viewed had older carpets that were dirty in places. We were told they would be cleaned before occupancy. The kitchens have oak cabinets with granite countertop and white appliances. Heat and water are included in the rent as is surface parking. There are no amenities in the building other than shared laundry.
