This building was taken over by Hollyburn Properties in summer 2018 and is undergoing some renovations and changes. There will be a full-time on-site manager, but as of October 2018, this was still to be implemented. The building will, in time be renovated which will include installing a gym on the ground floor.

The units are good sizes with the two bedroom corner units being over 1,000 sq ft and feeling very spacious and having a large wraparound balcony. Some units have more modern kitchen cabinets than others and there is a mixture of appliances, with some units having dishwashers and some not. The appliances are white and the countertops laminate.

Other than a shared laundry facility, the building does not offer any other amenities, although as previously mentioned there should be a gym installed in 2019. Parking is above ground.
