Calgary Place is located in the west side of downtown Calgary and has two 37 storey towers with 608 suites. The apartments are being updated as they become available. But even with the updates, the apartments are still on the lower end of upgrading. Appliances are white and include fridge freezer, stove and dishwasher and the countertops are laminate. This is a cat-friendly building, but no dogs are allowed.

There are some amenities in the building which include a shared laundry and a large gym Outside there is a large garden area which occupies the space between the two towers.
