This is a large three-storey complex spanning an entire block in Bankview. All the units are two bedrooms with some being split-level. at 1,200 sf and the single levels being 950 sq ft or more.
The suites have very large carpeted living rooms with fireplace and full-length windows, some with city views. There is a balcony off the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen opens out to the living area and is large with plenty of wooden cabinets. The appliances include a dishwasher, range and fridge/freezer in white. The units also have a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The bedrooms are carpeted and have good size closets. The bathroom is also a good size and has a large vanity, a jetted tub and storage. Each unit also has an alarm.
The building does not have any amenities, but parking outside is included in the rent.

Management Company Update
Information on this apartment complex needs updating as it is no longer run by Rancho Realty, but Rentch Rentals. With new management has come some significant changes to Bankview Terrace. All outdoor gardens have recently been re-landscaped in an organic “permaculture” style. All of this is next to local community gardens. This gives residents access to a healthy outdoor environment close to the heart of the city. Some of the newly renovated units are done in accordance with “building biology” guidelines (low radiation, zero VOCs, low or zero chemical building materials). Management is committed to giving Calgarians the most healthy rental choices in the city -a first for Calgary. As for our rating here on “amenities” -I guess that comes down to what people value? We think our organic and natural amenities are excellent; as we place our tenant’s health first.
If we aren’t five stars for your money, we want to be. So please let us know how we can be the best rental choice available.

Moved here this year and so happy. Huge apartment with a fire in the living room. The kitchen is also huge with lots of counter space. There is a washer and dryer too. Fantastic place and the management is very friendly and helpful.
Parking is outside which is the only downside, but everything else is great.
