This is a new building located just off 17th Avenue SW and consists of 19 units. There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites available and some are two-storey units. The unit we viewed was a one-bedroom, 2 level unit at 1070 sq ft. On the lower floor is the bedroom which is a decent size and has a closet and a small, narrow balcony. Three is also an en-suite bathroom with modern fixtures. This level also has a large closet close to the entry door. Upstairs is the open plan living and kitchen area with a large kitchen island with breakfast bar. Appliances are stainless steel and consist of a microwave, stove, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and all countertops are quartz. A large pantry is also included as are stacked laundry appliances. There is also a half bath located next to the dining area. Large windows give the area a lot of light. The balcony is small but has BBQ hook up.

The building has no amenities but does have an underground parking garage which is heated. There are also caged storage units and bike storage included in the rent. Parking is extra.
