Simply search for the apartment, go to the bottom of the page and you will find a “Leave Review” section. Add your star rating for the criteria, leave a comment and submit. If you can’t find an apartment, simply drop us a message using our contact form asking us to add it. We will do our best to do so.
No, we do not require you to log in. When you find an apartment you want to review, go to the section at the bottom called “Leave Review’ complete it and submit. You will be asked for a username and email which can be anything as long as it isn’t offensive. We do not publish, retain or share your email.

Absolutely not. The idea of this website is to offer renters the ability to see reviews from others to help them make a good choice for their future home. All reviews whether good, bad or indifferent are included in both our website visitor reviews and third-party reviews. We try to keep reviews as up to date as possible, so do not import very old reviews.
All reviews are subject to revision by us before being made live. We reserve the right to delete or modify a review if it is deemed inappropriate or offensive. We may for example, remove any names mentioned, but otherwise, leave the review as is.

No, we only review multi-tenant apartment buildings where there is always a good chance that multiple apartments are available throughout the year.
At the moment we don’t have every apartment in our database as we personally visit each one, and this takes time. If you can’t find an apartment, simply drop us a message using our contact form asking us to add it. We will do our best to do so.
Whenever we view an apartment we try to take standard photos and 360 photos, however, sometimes this is not possible. Usually, this is because the apartments are still occupied and we do not take photos if this is the case.
No. On many occasions when a tenant leaves an apartment, the property owner takes advantage of this opportunity to renovate. This could be simply repainting or replacing flooring but can extend to complete renovation of cabinets, fixtures and fittings. If at the time we view, the apartment is in the process of renovation or has already been done, we review it based on how we find it. If we also visit an apartment that has no renovations and is in a poor state of repair, we review that as we find it too.
